I started at Roche in October 2017 with my first assignment in Basel. For this assignment I had a dual role, as a Project Manager and as a Business Analyst for the People Project which has been rolled-out globally.
I started my journey in Roche as a perspective in October, 2017. My first assignment is in the area of talent acquisition strategy for Roche Diagnostics.
It was fascinating to experience a “start-up setting” within an established organization such as Roche and how much it differs in terms of pace, priorities, and challenges.
My first assignment was with the Global Analytics and Reporting team where I had several projects. My first project was to provide data to support a program review for the Commercial Perspectives program for the Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Division.
In October 2017, I completed the HR Perspectives program and started to my post program role in Basel. I am working as a Talent Acquisition Expert and supporting both Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics divisions.
The project I am working on involves diverse team members from various functions of Roche, including colleagues from IT, Contract and Legal, Procurement, Global/Regional HRBP, Shared Service Center.
