RSS provide consultancy in many areas: Finance/Accounting, Business Process Management (BPM), Procurement, IT, Change Management, Digital Communication & Publishing Services, Regulatory, Compliance and beyond - to our Roche colleagues across the EMEA region.

The Demand to Pay (D2P) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with end-to-end services & solutions tailored to their needs. The D2P teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable, Payment Management, Order & Contract Management). They are a team that works very closely together to ensure good customer experience and proactively develop solutions.
Record to Report
The Record to Report department, often abbreviated as R2R department provides financial services for more than 130 affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since their main goal is to perform end-to-end and strategic accounting activities in the near future.
Audit and Compliance
The Audit and Compliance department provides services for the affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: Financial Compliance, SoD and SAP Authorization, Travel and Expense Compliance.
Country Chief Accounting Operations
Our Country Chief Accountants coordinate Budapest Finance functions (Demand to Pay, Record to Report, Travel and Expense, Compliance) and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with month-end close checklist.
Customer Experience Operations
At Customer Experience Operations (CXO) department we provide IT, Finance and Procurement Support. CXO IT is focused on delivering professional IT support for our Roche affiliates in the EMEA region. Our teams consist of multilingual talents from beginners to highly skilled professionals. CXO Finance & Procurement serves as a highly skilled support unit for Procurement and Finance related processes for end-users and super-users around the world.
People Support Solutions
The People Support Solutions (PSS) team offers Roche employees world class HR Services and Solutions across all people-related expertise areas, including HR Customer Service, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll, Time & Benefits Management, Organizational Management, Reward & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Buidling, Business Partnering & Employee Realtions, People Insights & Technology and beyond.
Global Learning Services
The Global Learning Services (GLS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated training solutions tailored to their needs. The GLS teams deliver customer service and advisory support to Learning Experts and business partners on global learning / training systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion and training compliance across Roche.
Global Networks
The Global Networks Function plays a leading role in driving Finance and Procurement standards, agile transformations, process improvements, operational excellence, implementation support, system & business process analysis and project management & project deployment initiatives. This diverse team also focuses on building strong relationships with customers across divisions to ensure adoption of business process and system changes.
Site Services
Under the aegis of Site Services, the Health & Safety, Facility, Office Administration and IT teams takes charge of overseeing safety, security, health and environmental activities of the Budapest Office as per the Group Directives and Local Regulations. Their success lies in providing a secure, ergonomic, environmentally friendly office for our colleagues with an excellent IT infrastructure. It is equally important that they cover legal compliance/advisory and data privacy aspects.
Local People and Culture
The People & CultureBusiness Partners' role is to enable the business areas to reach their full organizational potential and accomplish their business goals. The Talent Acquisition Partners drives the end-to-end recruitment process for Budapest-based roles and aims to find world-class talents fitting for the needs of our Hiring Managers.
Global Communications
Operating across regions through an agency model, the Global Communications team offers a comprehensive array of communications services. They provide expert advice on internal and external positioning, storytelling, leadership training/coaching, employer branding, as well as planning, execution and alignment of communications strategies for RSS and beyond.
Global Digital Hub
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Their main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
Regulatory Hub
The Regulatory hub is an operational partner for the various global Roche Regulatory groups. They support end-to-end operational activities around Regulatory Affairs topics such as information management, clinical trials coordination, publishing support, and Health Authority submissions to register & maintain our product licenses.
