The Summer @ Roche Internship Program provides opportunities to pursue your interests across functions and geographies by applying skills and knowledge you’ve gained in school. Our summer internships are 10 weeks long and available within many functions across the company. Intern positions are typically posted between July and September.

The Accelerated Development Program is a competitive, two-year rotational program designed to give new college grads experience in several functional roles. Participants in the program are exposed to senior leaders, and benefit from having executive sponsors, peer mentors and rotational leaders. While in the program, ADP participants are considered full-time employees and receive full benefits. Upon successful completion, participants may apply for open roles in the company. ADP positions are typically posted between July and September.
