The Roche Procurement Perspectives programme is a flagship procurement rotational development program spanning across Global Procurement, Diagnostics, Roche Solutions and Services, and commercial Affiliates.
It is a 2 - 2.5 year program with 4 - 6 rotations across multiple geographies and business areas in procurement. It identifies high potential early in career talent, accelerating their professional development and enabling them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and above all differentiators to patients' lives.
