Meet Sukie
Meet Sukie, an Accounts Payable Senior Analyst at Roche, originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sukie's journey began with a background in Accounting and Finance, followed by two years of Japanese language studies in Japan. Prior to Roche, she gained valuable experience in a shared service center handling accounts payable migration projects. At Roche, Sukie values the emphasis on Inclusion and Diversity, fostering a sense of belonging where authenticity is celebrated. She sees Roche as a place where individuals can express themselves freely, knowing their ideas and contributions are genuinely valued.

Meet Julio
Julio's journey spans from San Salvador, El Salvador, to San Jose, Costa Rica, where he completed his high school education. As a first-generation college graduate in a migrant family rebuilding their lives in Costa Rica, Julio understood early on that education opened doors to opportunities. His passion for computers and numbers ignited around the age of 10, revealing a creative intersection between these disciplines, with a special fascination for computer applications. Today, Julio serves as the Head of Country Chief Accountants (CCA) at Roche Services & Solutions APAC.

Meet Nikolett
Nikolett embarked on her journey with Roche in September 2010 as a General Ledger and Management Accountant. At the outset, she lacked a clear vision of her career path, but her leap into the unknown proved to be one of her best decisions. Hailing from Budapest, Nikolett is currently a manager in Audit and Compliance at Roche. Over her more than a decade-long tenure at the company, Nikolett found unwavering support from leaders and colleagues who encouraged her to explore new horizons and expand her knowledge.

Meet Wladimir
Wladimir was born in Ukraine and moved to Germany at the age of 16, where he finished school and received a Masters degree in business administration and with majors in business informatics, marketing and human resources. After he gradouted, he worked for Ernst & Young in Germany and Singapore for a few years. He then began a start-up company to foster a healthy wine consumption and worked for Novartis as Risk and Compliance project manager before joining Roche in 2016.

meet Oana
Oana was born in Bucharest, Romania, where she studied Information Systems.She also lived in Gothenburg, Sweden, during part of her Masters studies. She started her professional career in Bucharest working for a few local consulting and IT development companies. In 2012, she moved to Basel to join an IT Graduate Program, which led to other local opportunities, and finally she joined Roche in 2019. Currently she is a Senior IT Auditor within the North America and Group Functions team.

Meet Iris
Iris, originally from China and with a background in International Economics and Finance, embarked on an unexpected journey with Roche's APAC Regional Finance Development Program (RFDP). The opportunity arose during a sunny summer afternoon when she received a recruiter's call, marking a turning point in her life. She formed strong connections with colleagues who became friends and found approachable leaders who provided genuine support.
