Meet Máté
Máté joined Roche in 2015. In his first role as an HR Specialist, he provided support with employee lifecycle activities in the EMEA region. In 2017, he transferred to the People Rewards & Recognition Team where he received a promotion. Later, he became a Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact for compensation-related matters. Since the beginning of 2020, He's been working as a Reward Analyst.

Meet Gergő
Gergő joined Roche as a recruitment intern and was immediately surrounded by trust and openness. His supervisors believed in giving him opportunities to move out of his comfort zone. From day one, they treated Gergő as an equal partner. This level of trust that he hasn't experienced anywhere else before fueled his professional development. Over his career, Gergő have found excellent in-house learning and networking opportunities, challenging assignments, and had the chance to make his mark at Roche.

meet Krisztina
This is Krisztina's first position at the company. She joined Roche in 2020, and work as Senior Global Mobility Specialist in the Global Mobility Team. She manages all aspects of international assignments. This is an end-to-end process, from preparing the assignment-related paperwork through change requests during the assignment. Since her role is a global one, her activities are not limited to any specific geographies. Krisztina is in contact with people from several countries such as Kenya, South Africa, or the US.

Meet Jacob
Prior to Joining the Welwyn HR team, Jacob was working as an L&D Specialist in South Korea. His first assignment was in Global role as an HR Data Analyst where he had several projects. Among them were providing data to support a review of a Global leadership program, undertaking an analysis on Roche’s current talent pipeline and developing framework on how to increase the analytical capabilities of HR Business Partners.

meet Kriszti
Kriszti has been with Roche since 2016. She started as a Junior HR Associate in the Global Talent Acquisition Team, where she was later promoted to Senior HR Specialist. Currently, her main scope is talent intelligence, which means she provides external talent market insights globally and give expert advice. After researching to find data, she builds a compelling story by connecting the dots, interpreting the patterns and trends, and summarizing her key findings. Kriszti enjoys that she doesn't have to follow rigid guidelines, and she can use her creativity to explore different options.

meet Virág
Virág started her career with Roche in 2017 as an HR Associate and later transferred to the Event Management Team. She currently works as an Event Management Advisor and support four projects, out of which three are global leadership development programs. She's been on a progressive career path since joining the company, and her work has brought her in closer contact with the customers. Now she's involved in decision-making, future planning, and problem-solving at a deeper level. It's challenging, and Virág strives to learn and develop. She's tried her hand at additional projects as well, and the one closest to her heart is the Peer4Peer Program, where she serves as a coordinator. The program's mission is to help our new joiners familiarize themselves with the Roche culture.

meet Klaudia
Klaudia joined Roche in March 2020 as a Learning Specialist in the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) department. Her duties encompass different responsibilities related to our learning management system. In addition, she performs an advisory role to our local learning experts at other Roche affiliates around the world. Her work has a strong coaching and mentoring component as well.  In addition, she's part of the People Choice Award Committee, where she collaborates with other GLS members. Klaudia finds great value in empowering others and solving challenges together.

meet Krisztina
Krisztina joined Roche as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team at the beginning of 2020. Back then, she supported the end-to-end recruitment process for the local corporate area and the so-called hosted functions, which we today call Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) Global Networks. When Krisztina joined the company, she brought a fresh perspective to the team, and her ideas were always well-received. In September 2020, she became a People & Culture (P&C, formerly known as HR) Business Partner in the new P&C organization.

meet Kinga
Kinga joined Roche in June 2017 as an intern in the former HR Operations department. First, she supported the EMEA region with HR lifecycle processes. She became increasingly interested in the local HR processes, so after a year, she transferred to the corporate HR team as an intern. Kinga was fortunate to have such a supportive team that encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone. In October 2018, she applied for the newly opened HR Coordinator role and started working as a full-time employee. At this time, she mainly supported Business Partners, but many project opportunities prepared her for her next potential career move. In February 2020, her team was reorganized, and Kinga became an HR Generalist.
