At the Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing production site of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, we produce innovative products for patients worldwide using 4 different technologies. In Basel, you will gain an insight into the production of chemical and biological active pharmaceutical ingredients for commercial and clinical care. Our location consists of four production units (so-called value streams) and five supporting units (so-called units), in which a total of 760 employees focus on providing patients with medication. StartUp Roche China Diagnostics Development Program is a rotational program designed for young talents with 1-3 years of work experience. The program offers cross-department and function rotations in 24 months, including a 3 month international assignment. As trainees, you will have the opportunity to explore IVD full value chain including commercial, strategy, instruments, supply chain, etc. showcasing your talent on a broad multi-national stage.
